James provides excellent customer service. He is thorough and goes above and beyond. We have used a few larger companies needing to call them back to respray for ants/etc. We Trupest is done bugs are gone along with spider webs. He is a true professional.

A have a quarterly agreement with Trupest. They texted to tell me they were coming on a day i would not be home. I texted back requesting a different date because i needed inside service. Called them and left message once with James and once with company. Long story short never responded. Now I’m looking for another company.
Update James called me and came by to solve my tiny ant issue. He apologized for the delay. I found out he was the owner! He just hired a receptionist but still in training. I understand now why the delay and would give him 10 stars if I could.

I have been using this company for years now and they do an excellent job. Every spring the ants and pincher bugs come out and James does an awesome job of getting rid of them. I have referred this company to many friends and family and would highly recommend to anyone!
