Great customer service!! And high quality Let me start by, how Steven answered to my quote question less than 5 minutes. He asked me a couple of question in order to better serve my computer need. For him asking me question it made me feel like he took the time to listen with my problem. We agreed and that same night he picked up my iMac and dropped it off the following day like he said he would. Very professional, gave good tips, and left my computer in great condition. He is honest and definitely knows what he is doing on computers. He updated my 2011 iMac with the earliest version. Now my computer is running great after two days. This is my first time owning a iMac and I'm not familiar with it but he gave me good tips. Definitely would go back.
