If any uncomfortable situations occur such as, negative work ethics, unprofessional aide via In-person or phone, etc. Once a patient reports an issue to either a Physician Assistant (P.A) or Physician, the issue does get resolved immediately.
I have been coming here for about 1 year and had a pleasant experience. They had squeezed me in twice last minute. The Dr. is very knowledgeable and can tell she cares for her patients. The wait is never too long. Will for sure keep coming.
We've been coming here since my 8 year old was 2 months and i love how they know us even over the phone, I have never had anything more than great things to say about this clinic, they get you in at your actual appointment time you don't have to wait hours like other clinics and the staff makes you feel at home!
