They are flexible and very friendly and caring with my fur baby, they don't disappoint with the work that's done this is the second time my pup has got a groom and trim. he's new to it so he gets a little jumpy but they are patient with it and take their time! I would definitely recommend. A little before and after of the pics you can see he looks like a brand new puppy clean and smelling good.“

“This place truly cares about animals. I found an abandoned dog limping around a parking lot, I suspect he was hit by a car, and brought him here. It was just 10 minutes before closing but they all still jumped in to take care of him. Many places will do business with you but not everyone genuinely cares the way that this staff did.“

No problem all staff were extremely courteous, polite informative, helpful, awesome personalities, extremely professional regarding their grooming skills a scale from 1 to 10. I definitely give them a 100 I'll deathly return again in the future and refer to all my friends and family members. It's a must try. They definitely know how to handle their dogs.“
