“This is a review for the pure vision in Moreno Valley. The staff at the Moreno Valley location are so much more professional and friendly than the San Bernardino location. I will drive the 30 mins extra any time. The staff are caring and understanding. Especially Ruby, she's delightful and has great patient rapport. Just A+. Both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Bowman are great as well, very knowledgeable and friendly. Love them. But dislike dealing with the staff at the SB location“

“I'm very pleased with Dr.Bogart Chang. Been going to him for awhile few years. Only downfall is, he's not in this particular office very often. Office staff don't even know when he'll be in the office. I called today due to a vision change and they couldn't make me a appointment with him. I don't want to go somewhere else. But looks like I may have to, unfortunately. His neice is there, she's nice, but I don't feel she's as knowledgeable.“

“All my life I have always worn glasses, I have terrible vision and I have never liked an optometrist office more than here.I have been coming here for most of my life at least 15 years if not more. Everytime I come I feel welcomed and feel like the staff truly cares about making your experience a great visit.Dr. Nguyen is amazing ! She is very knowledgeable in any eye concerns you may have and cares about your health vision. She strives to make sure your eyes are healthy and you are able to see clearly. She is the only OD I trust with my eyes, I will continue coming to her for as long as I am able to for all my vision needs.Various insurance is accepted here and the assistants work with you to set up appointments, they are all very nice. They have a lot of Frames for glasses to choose from. I'm personally picky and I can always find a pair I like. They offer all kinds of upgrades and I totally recommend transition glasses. Special thanks to Amelia for helping me choose my glasses! She's cool and will bear with you to make your decision and even help you out in recommendations. “They were so very patient with my daughter (6yrs old) who refused to get the eye drops that burn. Besides that, fairly quick appointments, all questions answered and they are patient with you when choosing frames. Staff isn't overly friendly, but it is a calm environment rather than hostile. Sometimes they put movies on for the kid in waiting and there is a fish tank some kids will love to stare at. The only downside to this is the location, where parking is monitored. You must get your ticket stamped for services (in the lobby of the optometrist) or you will pay for parking. This is why it is important to pay attention to the operating hours because if you get your parking ticket and they are closed, it will not be stamped and you will pay for parking. There are other businesses in the center, so try to get a stamp elsewhere if you can. But this doesn't knock any stars off for this place! :)“
