Arthur Baldwin has been my computer tech for 3 years now. He is quite personable, knowledgeable, and very intelligent. He knows the Bible quite well. And he has been an asset in my corner in many ways! At first he repaired my desktop PC. Eventually he helped me purchase a much higher quality PC. Now he trains me twice a week at $10 an hour. Arthur’s training is well worth the price for seniors that are interested in learning about computers! He always recommends that people use Linux rather than Windows. I have a Lenovo laptop and kept getting the “blue screen”. After initial research online I followed a few recommendations. Wouldn’t you know it, that’s how I messed up my computer’s settings and it didn’t boot up at all. Using my phone I found Arthur and gave him a call. I dropped it off before work and picked it up after work.The most important thing for me was to save all my bookmarks and personal settings. Apparently I had some malware on my system and there were some unexpected issues which required much more time than expected but I was grateful I had it back the same day.Unfortunately, some bugs remained on my laptop and Arthur asked me to bring it back.... read full review
