Hannah does a great job.. she does both my nails and pedicure. The place is very clean

I've been a customer for a while now. The staff is friendly. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. I usually go in for a pedicure with any tech & never have an issue. Except for 1 tech. The 1st time I went with her she cut my toe. Then yesterday, I was assigned to her again. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but she cut my toe again. Aside from that, I've had nothing but positive experiences there. Next time I'll book an appointment so I can choose my tech.
Also, Lani is wonderful, she does great Acrylics & Powder nails, if you show her a picture or tell her what you want she will master it everytime.?
This place is pricey even though I didn’t get the cheapest selection for the pedicure , I got gel French tips with the two acrylic on the big toes I had a $25 gift card and I still paid $50 out of my own pocket. I wouldn’t have had to get acrylic but the lady cut my two big toes too short without a permission. I still tipped because I know this is their line of service and I don’t like to be rude or mean. Toes came out okay not perfect could be better but good enough.
