The customer service here is horrible the lady with all the ugly makeup when you first walk into the shop is so rude and just rushes everything and my boyfriend came with me to get his haircut and they messed up his hair so bad we had the guy try to fix it but it made it worse we just walked out this is the worse place in Rialto to visit just avoid this place and the horrible customer service

I called to get a full haircut as a walk-in. I was desperate for a cut since I had a flight that same day. Had good attitude, but a serious issue is that halfway through the cut she said she’s out of time and pretty much kicked me out, never seen this ever happen in my life.

They are nice. However the door says they are open till 7pm. I came in at 540 and ty bey said they are already closed. I go here all the time, this is not the first time this has happened. Last time I will go to Frank's. Closing early and turning away business is not how you get repeat customers.
