“I had a different company, recommended by a local plumber, who came out and told me I had thousands of dollars worth of damage, mold, and would have to have another company come out and do reconstructive work once they were done because they would have to pull out cabinets and sinks and make big holes in the walls. They even offered to falsify documents to my home owners insurance company. Once they did that, I knew they were not trustworthy, and refused their service. That is when I called Lou Gil at 411 Restoration. I asked if he could come look at my house and give me an estimate for the work needing to be done. He came out right away and was immediately able to tell me that my situation was not what the other company explained it to be, still urgent, but not the massive undertaking that the other company described, no mold, just water.
