My daughter has very curly hair and has been wanting a Deva Cut for a couple of years. She went online and did some research and found Raquel Noriko. She was awesome. Deva Cuts are expensive, but her prices were comparable to other places we had called (and quite a bit cheaper than a couple}. We had a consultation before the appointment (free) so she could talk to us about what to expect, what my daughter wanted from the haircut, and the cost. There was no pressure at all to keep the appointment if we decided it was too expensive. We decided to go ahead with it and were thrilled with the results. The following review is for RAQUEL NORIKO CURL STUDIO SUITE 206 Raquel is probably one of the most genuinely GOOD people I've met... to top that off, she's incredibly talented with CURLS! I am also so ecstatic that she's back! I originally found her at another salon before she moved out of state. That 1st cut set the tone for ALL CUTS for me going forward. It was my first DEVA CUT. It changed the game forever for me. I got my first Devacut today by Raquel and I'm absolutely in love with my hair. She took the time to explain how to use products and suggested different strategies to not part my hair so many ways while styling. Raquel is very personable and outgoing which made the appointment even more amazing!
