Royal Home Builders just finished up a bathroom remodel in my condo, and I'm very happy with the results! My realtor recommended them to me, and Simon responded to my initial call very quickly and gave me an estimate that was the best bang for my buck. He kept the project moving very quickly, and we rarely had a day where something wasn't happening. The original estimate was for 4-6 weeks, and it did take a bit longer than that, but it was mostly due to the huge number of inspections required by the city. I had a functioning shower by about 6.5 weeks. He had to leave for a couple weeks near the end of the remodel, so Gilbert stepped in to help shepherd the second half of the project, and he was also great to work with. He worked with all the inspectors to make sure everything was done to code and to my satisfaction. His subcontractors were prompt, did great work, and left very little mess to clean up. I'd definitely consider working with Royal Home Builders again if I need to remodel something in the future.

It was an excellent garage door repair services for me. I called yesterday and a guy answered a phone quicky. I explained everything to him that my garage door was not opening. He set a time for me what time they arrived and I am so glad they fixed it on time.

Working with Simon at Royal Home Builders Inc was a true partnership. I started my project with another company who disappointed and underdelivered. I was apprehensive about having to find another team but from the moment I met Simon and explained what I had previously experience, all my insecurities went away. Not only is Simon concise, he's also knowledgeable, reasonable and has a team of efficient and timely workers who's work is as neat as their demeanor. I was delighted every time I went into my bedroom and saw the progress they were making. My house is 100 years old, with many empty pockets that needed to be fixed, yet Simon remained on the budget. At the end we added a master bathroom to the master bedroom + a walk in closet and also revamped my main bathroom. All which ended up looking flawless. Finding true professionals with strong work ethic has been one of the biggest challenges I've faced as a home owner in LA. Meeting Simon has been the best thing- I've already recommended his company to my friends and family. I cannot speak enough good things about the end result. The inspector was impressed as much as I am delighted to brag about the beauty that my home is now, thanks to Royal Home Builders Inc.
