Dr, Rachman is incompetent and uncaring. His staff is rude and angry, all Senior Women from Russia. Dr. Rachman caters to Senior Female Patients from Russia. Don't waste your time. Don't risk your life.

This office is incredibly unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment for 2 PM the day of the appointment. They called me the day before to reschedule for 2 PM. I'd let them know that that was my original time and they gave me an earful about how I need to understand the situation and that their office is typically closed from 12 to 2 PM. Considering I already had a 2 PM appointment I was incredibly confused.My original appointment was for both myself and my husband and it would be both of our first times. Zero star review here. Stay as far away as possible. This is the least professional Dr and staff I have ever encountered. The ladies working there are extremely rude. Dr Rachman shows the least amount of care and compassion to your medical condition. Be prepared for your Dr appointment to run anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes with zero help addressing you concerns. Today's experience topped it all. I have been nursing a knee injury and the physical therapist that Dr Rachman sent me to, instructed that I get a comfortable ergonomic chair to sit in from my work, in order to rehab my knee.
