Ricardo Mediano stole my phone. He posted a service on eBay then when he got my phone- he didn’t return it. It was a Xs Max . I am going to file mail fraud and go to the police this week

This person is also a seller on eBay. He scammed me. He stole my phone by not shipping it back to me. He posted a service saying he can fix water damaged phone and when he fixed my iPhone XS MAX he refused to return it anymore. I am going to file a police report and report him at Internet crime commission and will file a case with the post office for mail fraud as well
