“Country air was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot say enough good things about them. I contacted Nelson because my AC unit stopped working in the middle of the summer. He was my second estimate, after the first provider told me I needed to replace my entire unit and ducts costing me over $20k. Nelson showed up on the appointment date on time, was very professional and conducted an inspection of my AC unit and ducts. His diagnostic was a damaged Capacitator which he replaced, and a leak which we agreed, we would take care of by the end of the summer. In the meantime, he refilled the unit with refrigerant fluid and the cost was less than 1k and said there was no need for us to replace the unit because it was still working fine. It just needed the capacitator to be replaced and the leak to be fixed which I plan on following up by the end of the summer.
