Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, my friend Chrissy showed up, fresh off her own adventure, tracking in mud from her Crocs. The rug was officially done. With nowhere left to turn, I called Rug Ideas. They were like, "Bring it on down! We can handle pee, blood, and Crocs mud." So I did. Fast forward a month, and I just picked it up. It looks BRAND NEW! Like it was freshly woven by that sweet lady in Morocco back in 2012. Goodbye, bloodstains! Peace out, pee-pee! Great customer service! Reasonable Price! THANK YOU!“

“I would give six stars if I could. In this crazy world, I'm so happy I called Alex. He was super patient, and transparent with his pricing. Unlike everyone else I called where they were trying to upsell me on things like deodorizer, and other things that I didn't need, Alex was straight to the point on his pricing which was very fair and you could tell he takes a lot of care in his work and treats your house like his own. They even take the time to put protectors around the corners of your walls so their equipment doesn't scratch anything (unlike other companies I've used in the past). I will be using him for life. They had to also tear out the bathroom vanity in my children's bathroom upstairs. They left fans and blowers to dry out the area for a few days.
