Country air was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot say enough good things about them. I contacted Nelson because my AC unit stopped working in the middle of the summer. He was my second estimate, after the first provider told me I needed to replace my entire unit and ducts costing me over $20k. Nelson showed up on the appointment date on time, was very professional and conducted an inspection of my AC unit and ducts. His diagnostic was a damaged Capacitator which he replaced, and a leak which we agreed, we would take care of by the end of the summer. In the meantime, he refilled the unit with refrigerant fluid and the cost was less than 1k and said there was no need for us to replace the unit because it was still working fine. It just needed the capacitator to be replaced and the leak to be fixed which I plan on following up by the end of the summer. I'm extremely satisfied with his service and expertise and I would absolutely recommend him to everybody. Great customer service!

Nelson and his crew converted our house from traditional HVAC and furnace to whole home heat pumps. they ran all new ducting and the system is terrific.Nelson is the nicest guy and his entire crew were professional and polite. they did great work on time, on budget and have been very responsive to text with the few questions I've had.would use them again and again.Service: Install AC

Nelson is a reliable, responsive and trustworthy businessman. He and his crew just installed my new central AC, furnace and an attic fan. His price was very competitive and the job site was left very clean. I just had an attic insulation estimate done by another company and they complimented the installation work that was done by Nelson as well. I used Nelson years ago to install a smaller wall unit AC in a separate area of the house and am so relieved he was available to do this bigger job for me.
