He was very detailed and knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease and gave us a realistic timeframe of the pool buildout. We signed our quote and he got to work! Ron came out and gave me an estimate to replace the tile around the pool and jacuzzi, as well as replastering the pool and jacuzzi. Ron provided a very competitive bid for all of the work and we went with CID builders for the job. Ron suggested two tiles stores in the valley to select tiles from which had an abundance of selections for us to choose from. About two weeks later and even dodging a few rain days, the split drains were added, the tile install and replastering was completed on time for the exact amount of Ron’s estimate. We are very happy with the work done by CID. A huge shout out to our project manager, Ben D. He worked closely with my husband who planned to do the finishing details. This was a big project with lots of moving parts! Two additions to our existing home, new bathroom, laundry room, fireplace, electrical/plumbing, new roof, new AC and Pool/spa with paved patio! I am so happy to be in our forever home!!
