“After experiencing a slab leak in our kitchen just days before Christmas, we were stressed to find a kitchen remodeling business. During the scope of our search, we came upon GD Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling, based in Woodland Hills. I visited their website and was impressed by the level of detail that had gone into putting it together. Despite my first impression, I was apprehensive to call hoping that I would not be disappointed. Surprisingly, I was wrong. I had the pleasure to speak with Arian Barzinpour, who was warm and professional over the phone and who without any hesitation, offered to come to my home for a personalized design and estimate. Mr Barzinpour arrived in time and at first impression, his demeanor was the same as in the phone. Mr Barzinpour (who I now referred to by his first name) quickly demonstrated his level of knowledge and expertise in the field of kitchen remodeling. He took the time to hear our concerns, then offered a few suggestions which we were very appreciative.Within a few days, I received a 3D design of my kitchen and an estimate that was easy to understand. The quote was priced reasonably without any padding added. I accepted the quote and Arian invited us to visit his showroom to assist with the cabinet and countertops selections.We visited GD Kitchen & Bathroom showroom and were extremely impressed by the selection offered. The hardest part was choosing among the many options.After selecting our cabinets, Arian’s crew went to work. Arian kept us informed at every step of the process. We contracted Omar and his crew to build a new kitchen Island, new cabinets for the living room. Since we were going to replace the kitchen counters with Quartz and Omar told me they also do those, we contracted him to do that as well. They do outstanding work and on time. We added a couple of kitchen cabinets which they also finished on time and made our kitchen look modern and new. Omar and his team are very professional but also easy going and gave us excellent recommendations to the brick aground the living room fireplace. He recommended 4'x2' tile that ended up looking amazing and did not cost very much. At the end of the job, there were a few minor workmanships things that we wanted fix, which they did quickly and at no extra cost. We were extremely happy with their work and and very happy with our "new" kitchen, and living room. We plan to use Molina Cabinets to upgrade our master bathroom after the holidays. We recommend them for high quality work at reasonable prices.“

“Kurt was great to deal with. Based on our past purchase from Western States for another project, he provided initial sketches and pricing for what we needed this time. We met with him to refine the design and understand our options. He told us that his pricing would beat the big box stores and even other local shops that use specialty or smaller cabinet manufacturers. The brands that Western States sells are primarily from either the MasterBrands or Elkay cabinet groups. Sure enough, we went to Lowe's and got pricing for Diamond Reflections. Western States beat that pricing by far (including tax and delivery), even with the higher end Omega cabinets. We also got pricing on Showplace cabinets, and Kurt also beat them. But most important, Kurt has been a pleasure to work with. He understood what we were looking for, was on point with the paperwork, and has always been quick to respond to calls and emails. He was upfront if we could get a better deal on built-ins from another vendor. He also triple checked the order to make sure all needed pieces were included and unneeded ones were excluded. Basically, I felt that Kurt was looking out for our interests. Being an engineering consultant, I really appreciate his approach to customer service and salesmanship. I'll update this review once the cabinets are installed, which should be in the next month.“
