I had my taxes donde at this place and I waited 3 months to be told she never submitted my form. I did them back in February and was told she didn't try to submit until March and still got rejected. I went to her business and she is closed, won't answer phone calls and is completely unprofessional. Negative stars If i could

AVOID this woman at all costs. She refused to give me a copy of what I was paying for (auto insurance) and then yelled at me very sarcastically. I simply wanted a copy of what I was giving her money for. She seemed to think this request was out of line so she yelled at me and talked down to me very sarcastically. It's standard to receive a copy of insurance information -- or anything you are paying for -- but she didn't seem to get the memo. She wanted to just take my money without giving me any proof of what I was giving her money for.
