I had my taxes donde at this place and I waited 3 months to be told she never submitted my form. I did them back in February and was told she didn't try to submit until March and still got rejected. I went to her business and she is closed, won't answer phone calls and is completely unprofessional. Negative stars If i could

AVOID this woman at all costs. She refused to give me a copy of what I was paying for (auto insurance) and then yelled at me very sarcastically. I simply wanted a copy of what I was giving her money for. She seemed to think this request was out of line so she yelled at me and talked down to me very sarcastically. It's standard to receive a copy of insurance information -- or anything you are paying for -- but she didn't seem to get the memo. She wanted to just take my money without giving me any proof of what I was giving her money for. Once I told her that was unacceptable, she just stared at me with this angry look like she couldn't believe she was being asked to do her job. She also wanted to double my fee -- from just over $100 to over $200 AFTER I gave her my card and agreed to the initial price. She is a very bad attempt at a scam artist. Tells you one thing then just expects you to hand her money for her to charge you double. I challenged her on it and corrected her, it wasn't until then that she conveniently backtracked with the price. She did give me my requested copy, which was not hard at all for her to do, only because I insisted that she do so because she is required to so. She just wanted to see if she could get away with not doing it. She will make your experience as difficult as possible until you remind her of your rights and that she can't just make up the rules on her own. If you MUST see this woman, do NOT let her push you around even when she yells at you because she will.
