After interviewing three contractors, Scott stood out by proposing to relocate one of the units from the roof to the ground and replace all the old ductwork, while the other contractors only suggested replacing the units themselves. “I cannot express just how good the customer service is at this place. Our air conditioning broke over Fourth of July weekend and within twenty minutes of opening after I left a message during the holiday, I received a call back from Gabrielle and they sent out Jim that same day. The problem was diagnosed almost immediately and repair completed quickly. However the story doesn't end there! The initial repair led to the discovery of a secondary issue -- which was slightly delayed because we left on vacation during the first repair, so when we got back to a hot apartment they once again made us feel like we were top priority. When Jim couldn't reproduce the issue we had the second time, he even came back outside of his scheduled route to do a double check and was then able to diagnose the problem and complete a repair!During this whole process they received a lot of phone calls from me--enough for me to annoy them definitely, but they never came across annoyed. Gabrielle was always friendly and super helpful over the phone, and if she missed my call I never went more than 15-20 minutes without receiving a call back. In the same way, Jim was super friendly and responsive on-sight and explained what was going on in all of his workI would highly recommend this business and if I ever need HVAC service in the future, I know who I'm calling.“

“Now, for those new to our community or those that have never had a need for experts on heating and air. I recommend These folks with the highest regards. I have sent this Outstanding recommendation a few months back but, now with winter here, I am honestly compelled to reintroduce them. They saved me, thousands and I mean thousands.. 3 other companies gave me bids from 13,000 to 16,000 dollars, telling me, they had to replace my old unit... but, indeed that was definitely untrue. I called the HEAP program to see if they could help. They sent Ryan to check my unit and I swear, he was so very helpful and intelligent about my unit. He informed me that my unit didn't need to be replaced and he could fix it. Within a month Ryan n his partner Daniel came out and completely brought my unit back , up and running.. “This was a great company to work with from start to finish. From the initial inspection of our system to what actually needed to be done was excellent. They didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. We really appreciated the honesty. We had the AC unit changed out and a whole house fan added. The install crew was so great and had things done in a 1/2 day. The staff followed up to make sure all the testing was done and inspections passed. Could not have hoped for a better experience!“

Delivery and installation was as scheduled and completed on time. Installers Mike and Kyle were mice fellows, worked long and hard and got it done in a day. “We just had our entire HVAC system replaced by the Good Guys. They come very highly recommended in our community chat page on Facebook, so that's one of the reasons I called them. The person who came to our house (Randy) was very professional and discussed all of the various options thoroughly with us and pointed out areas of concern with our old system which had been in the house since it was new in 1997. Pricing was very competitive and we scheduled the installation for the very next day. The team that did the installation (Mike and Leo) were very efficient and professional as well. “Spencer did a fantastic job. I was having problems with my air ducts spewing insulation all over my floors, and I had plumbers working under the house previously for 4 days, and they damaged some of the air ducts. Spencer checked all the air ducts for damages, he secured all of the insulation that was sticking out of the air ducts, sealed the air ducts, had a pressure test done, adjusted the air flow on the airducts and checked and rechecked several times to make sure insulation is no longer coming up out of the floor vents. I really like this company. Spencer did a very thorough job and did everything possible to solve the problems.“
