I completed my 12 week transformation about a month ago and it was excellent! Not only did I lose 24 pounds, my trainer Stephanie has helped me to rehab from several injuries including a bad turned ankle, a wonky shoulder, and a sciatic/hip strain. Her level of care and attention is something I've never felt before and it's special. Michael, Charles, and the other trainers also offer this detailed level of care and everyone's attitude is so encouraging. I am walking taller, with more ease, comfort, and confidence than ever before. Thank you, Stephanie, and thank you, Michael and Training Space!

I contacted Training Spaces late one night when I was feeling frustrated with my lack of progress. Let me back up a bit... I'm a woman in my early 40's, two young kids, and I run about 2-3x a week. After my youngest became fairly self-sufficient, I decided to get back in shape. I thought it would be pretty easy because I'd done it before with my first kid. But this time, after working out for 3 months straight, I saw no progress. I even increased running to 7 days a week. And yet, every morning when I woke up, I felt like a truck hit me. I recently completed the 12 week transformation with Sam and I am so grateful for all that I learned and gained (and lost!) throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this gym and the 12 week transformation to anyone who is ready and serious about improving their health and transform not only physically but mentally and emotionally in the best way.
