My review of Stephania Humphrey sounds like the others here, I came in with severe sciatica symptom pain that has plagued me for a year now, and this was a last-ditch effort to find some kind of care to avoid surgery. I had lumbar surgery 25 years ago, did not want another, and had seen specialist MDs (including prednisone pills and epidural cortisone injections), lots of physical therapy, and chiropractor during this past year, to no avail. I did get some improvement from an anti-inflammatory diet, but what has really helped me get my life back (in only 4 sessions) is the treatment from Stephania - especially the deep tissue massage. Simply amazing! I had deep pain running down my leg, discomfort sleeping, sitting, twisting, etc. for months. Tried Chiropractor, MFR practitioners, etc. two sessions with Stephania completely healed the leg!! Her skill is beyond words!

Stephania is the real deal. Her curious intellect and body of knowledge are absolutely top notch, but those aren't the qualities that separate her from other practitioners. It's her level of system to system resonance and attunement, and her ability to see through patterns and connect with your own body's innate ability to heal that truly sets her apart.
