They are so kind, I've never had such a good experience with a clinic. They're so understanding, and don't make you feel horrible for running a little late like everywhere else in the world does. This place PROMOTES HEALING!!!! I LOVE YOU REDWOOD INFUSION CENTER! Y'all are my heros ❤️
I had the pleasure of meeting the exceptional staff at the Infusion clinic today for a covid infusion. Having covid, I wasnt feeling well and the staff was unbelievable. They were very welcoming and quickly settled me in to a lovely comfy chair. I shared that I was a bit of a baby about having an IV and they were amazing! They held my hand, kept me talking and relaxed. The IV was almost painless and the treatment was easy! I cant thank the wonderful staff enough for their amazing service and caring ways. Thank you to each of them for what they do in such a mission critical time. I greatly appreciate your service and the care you provided me.
This place and the people who staff it are amazing. I just completed 3 cycles of chemotherapy with them and each visit was comfortable and pleasant. Everyone is just genuinely nice and happy to do their jobs. The rooms are semi-private (walls between patients, sheets for doors) with nice views of the bay. They provide nice warm blankets to keep you warm. They are also good at giving sticks! Almost every stick was good on the first shot. This greatly reduces the anxiety. Getting cancer sucks, but getting good care makes it so much easier, and I've never received care as good as I've received at Stanford.
