Misty is outstanding as a clinician in work and as a person in Life. I actually enjoy going to her because she is such a good and interesting person as well as an expert at getting rid of unwanted & pesky hairs.

I discovered Misty and SF Bay Electrolysis earlier this year and I couldn't be happier. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. A few things right off the bat: Misty is clearly talented, knows what she is doing, she's pleasant, witty, straightforward, explains the process clearly and fun to talk to! Her location is cute & clean, easy parking, and payment is a breeze. As far as results - I have been blown away by how effective this has been for me. I have been waxing since I was 16 years old, so to never have to do this again is a dream come true. I considered laser but I knew it would grow back, so investing a little more time for the long term results was fine with me. As many other reviewers have noted, Misty has a soft touch and will put you at ease immediately. If you have been on the fence about electrolysis I highly recommend you at least book a consultation, it's a game changer! Thank you so much, Misty!!

Misty is wonderful, incredibly thorough, and clean. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for electrolysis. I've asked her to remove hair from private areas of my body and she always approaches it with professionalism and respect, which helped me relax even though I was quite nervous.
