San Carlos Stairs has been working on a project on a developer build on our block. This company has consistently created unsafe conditions on our street. They have parked in cross walks, blocked sidewalks, blocked access to the street, blocked visibility for cyclists, pedestrians, including many school children on the block. Despite city and police involvement, they continue to create unsafe conditions in our neighborhood.

This review is coming late, but we had Jesus redo our second and third floor staircase, railings and steps in June of 2018. He was our third contractor we interviewed for the job, and I knew from the beginning that I was talking to a true master of his work. He is very personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He was on time with his project, and kept to our budget. I highly recommend Jesus. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. (Ignore ugly chandelier :-))

Jesus is a master craftsman. He built beautiful new stairs in my home that are really like a work of art. Part of the new stairs are made out of maple wood that I had stained...it looks as good as high quality furniture. Jesus did everything he committed to, on time and for a very reasonable price. I was shocked at how quickly he got this project completed...and it's because we works hard until it is finished. I wholeheartedly recommend Jesus and San Carlos Stairs...you will throughly enjoy your new stairs and they will enhance the value of your home. Thank you, Jesus.
