Yup. One Star. If you're looking for a place just to dry clean, this is it Other then that get everything in writing. I took three articles of clothes to get dry clean, two of them needed simple alterations. It was late in the day, the person at the desk wasn't sure of the cost for alterations . I was told I would get a call back in the next business day never got it. I should of called and checked, that's on me. Picked up myself yesterday. Guy tells me "$135" I had to ask him twice to repeat the price because I thought I was hearing it wrong. Nope! $135. Haven't written a review in a while and decided my new dry cleaner was the best way to dabble back into Yelp. The son and his mom that own this place are great and super friendly. He always remembers my name and exactly what I brought in - he even remembered randomly that I didn't pick up a white shirt in over a month. It was there because he offered to try to clean it again after a hard stain wouldn't come out in the first go. Pricing is reasonable and I feel like the cleaning and service is a lot better than my last place. Parking is easy right next to the door and it feels safe and clean.

Royal Cleaners is one of the good dry cleaning shops I use in this area. They've done dry cleaning for us, duvet cleaning, and zipper repair. They did a good job each time and I never felt like I overpaid.
