They also took and examined the video of the pipe after service and found there is still some buildup in the pipe. Instead of leaving us in the dark about the state of the pipe, Isaac asked the technician to come back again and performed another hydro jet to make sure the pipe is completely free of buildup. I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity they have demonstrated in their service job and Isaac’s upholding of his words for providing full value to his customers.
