Mayen Builders is great! I needed to legalize a wall in the garage, which Daly City insists isn't a wall but a new living area. Daly City is notorious for being difficult, and they took on this job that several other companies were too scared to. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. And the issue was fixed on time. Highly recommended!

I recently contracted Hector to do some work on my mothers house which had water damage due to an upstairs bathroom leak. He was very upfront with his quote and everything that was written in the contract agreement was completed. He kept his word and did an amazing job. I was pleased with the work and the communication! I will definately be contacting him for future jobs!

We used Mayen Builders to convert our garage into a 3rd bedroom. We were extremely satisfied with Mayen Builders. They were honest, humble, kind, and efficient. We added on some additional work mid-project. Not only did the Mayen Builders complete these add-ons in addition to the agreed upon work, they completed the project ahead of schedule. Every time I walk into the bedroom I am thankful we decided to go with Mayen Builders.
