I’ve used Marcucci numerous times for Hvac service and they never disappoint. I had another company tell me I needed a completely new system turned out Marcucci discovered I just needed a small replacement part so I trust Marcucci. I believe that they’re honest and efficient and knowledgeable.
Marcucci came in and saved our big renovation at the end - we were unable to move in due to the original HVAC/heat pump contractor really messing up their install - the system kept going into emergency shutdown after 15m. Other Hvac companies were suggesting tearing everything out and starting over. Marcucci came in, analyzed the setup, determined what ducting changes and zoning changes were needed and completed the work in 2 days, balancing the system perfectly. It's been working great for the last couple of years. I strongly recommend them, in particular those who are working with ducted heat pumps.
Marcucci HVAC was wonderful in installing our new smart thermostat even though our HVAC system is original to the house. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
