The storms in Jan. and Feb. caused severe damage to my roof. I called a roofing co. that was recommended to me and I felt he was too pushy and expensive. I saw a Manchu Picchu truck and I gave them a call. Alfonso came to give me an estimate. We talked for a short time and even before he quoted his price, which was very reasonable, I knew the job was his. He is a very personable, professionable, and confident person.The contract was printed and hand delivered the next day. I went to their office to expedite the project. Jenny and her staff were pleasant and accommodating. They made arrangements for permits and gave me a starting date. When that day came the crew arrived at 7:30 am, worked through the day, stopping only for lunch. Jenny and Alfonso came by to see if all was going ok and Jenny checked in at least once a day though out the project. She like Alfonso, her Dad, is very likeable, intelligent and confident at what they do.The project took 4 days and during that time the crew did some work, on their own, that was not included in the contract. The crew cleaned up after each day and when the project was finished, except for the new roof, you would never know they were ever here.A family run business that works hard and enjoys what they do.Thank you for your service and a job well done.Frank
