Went to get a trim off my long hair that I love and left with the worst haircut I’ve gotten in a while, I said I only wanted to lose some hair weight from the back and how I liked my top hair and she completely cut all my nice top hair and kept my sides way too long, left the salon super disappointed and lost my confidence now that I have horrible hair compared to what I had before.

They got me in quickly and did a good job on my basic haircut and blow dry. Staff was friendly and kind. I do not live local but needed a haircut while in town. I called several places but this was the only one I found nearby that didn’t charge $100+ for a women’s cut. I paid $35 which was very reasonable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the shop was kind of dirty which is a bit of a turn off, but if that stuff doesn’t bother you, then it’s 5 stars!!

Denise hooked it up! My hair looked great and I wasn't left under a dryer forever which is what usually happens. I appreciate that she let me know it may take more time in the future but I will try to book my appointments when she isn't busy because sitting in a salon for more than 3 hours takes me out of my happy place. If you have very curly or coarse textured hair I highly recommend Hair Play. Crossing my fingers that I finally found my salon.
