I want to express my gratitude to Kacey (I hope I spelled her name correctly) at Redwood City Member Services from the bottom of my heart. Even though my issue wasn't her direct responsibility, she went out of her way to help me with a billing problem. Kacey's professionalism, patience, and genuine care shone through as she guided me and even called the right department for me. Without her expertise, I would have struggled to fix the issue. Kacey is truly the kindest and most caring person I've ever met. Thank you, Kacey!
