Kaiser Permanente Hearing Centers of Northern California

I'm neutral about this hearing center since the audiologist I was assigned is kind and understanding. I got my first pair of Phonak hearing aids in both ears and it was life changing... for 2 days until one spontaneously shut off. I got the hearing aids in April 2023 and had to visit this Kaiser about 8 times to fix the hearing aids. Good thing is that doctor extended my warranty. Bad thing is that I had a few beautiful days a where my hearing aids worked and I could hear and then one or the other would malfunction for months. So frustrating. I have taken my parents here for some years now.Kelly, audiologist who retired, was super duper.New audiologist was generally okay. Didn't bring up some things I knew to ask about with years of experience as a CODA.Front staff NOT GOOD.EVERYONE coming here for care is deaf.Front staff mumble and speak quickly. I've spoken to audiologist about it. Asked them to speak to front staff about it, provide them some training.At other Kaiser facilities in Redwood City, no problem. At the Audiology Center, CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE.Parking not great. My experience at the Kaiser Permanente Hearing center was positive. The front desk customer service was fast, friendly, and informative. The lobby area is comfortable with lots of spacial seating. The lobby also had an air purifier. I have been to this center 3 times and each doctor/nurse was patient and helpful. The parking is free and there is plenty of space for your vehicle. If you need lunch there are also plenty of cafe's and taquerias.
