Our family had 2 major tasks that the JJI team helped us with. Our first major job was the removal of a huge Monterey pine tree (with approval from city to cut down a heritage tree). TheJJI team safely removed our tree and all cutting debris, limbs, etc. We asked them to return and do a second task that included the removal of some Acacia trees and vine trees at the back of our property and pruning of some of our Pittosporium trees.Again, the team safely and efficiently removed all wood cuttings and debris. They did great work on both jobs!

Joaquin, from the beginning of the quote process to the final removal of our dead tree and very thorough clean-up, was helpful, professional and pleasant to work with for our project. He and his crew showed up a few minutes early, work efficiently, carefully and had our dead 30 foot tree gone in an hour. Highly recommended.

Joaquin and his crew provided excellent tree trimming services for large popular, oak, and decorative trees at my 87 year old mom's house in San Mateo Park. They pointed at branches with a laser pointer so that my mom could understand where the branches would be trimmed exactly. They were very diligent and considerate and focused on customer service. I was so impressed with their work, I had them do a major trimming job at my home in the South Bay. They communicated with my nervous neighbors and put everyone at ease.
