It's been 3 years and I paid this businaesss to recovered a 500 GB internal & he kept calling me!!asking me about how to retrive the data you personally meselfand drive however I got 1 folder with 20- photo of some back‐up iTunes data. Never finally. After weeks of waiting after telling them about not being able to gather are called just the first call and for over $ 150.00 for data recovery, but he gave one excuse after another... I just want my money back even and if its too much to refund Id even to willing accept something if willing to a barter (BUT NO SOFTWARE, NO EXCEPTIONS, YOU STILL HAVE MY WD HDD external hard drive. Gus was absolutely phenomenal in his support. I was having issues with a my laptop and he was able to fix the problems with the computer fast and for half the price I would have paid if I had gone with geek squad at Best Buy. I was also thankful he was able to schedule so quickly. If I had mailed it in for repair it would have taken weeks to get back but he had it fixed within a day!
