In late 2022 the address on Helen’s one hour cleaners sends to 2103 el Camino real in Palo Alto, 5 years after that place has closed and the name on receipt is to that same business which is no longer namely green cleaners. and they don’t pick up. TERRIBLE

Great overall experience! Service: very friendly service with a genuine smile! She gave me some advice on a small hole in my jacket sleeve (you'll still see it after a repair so best to skip it since it's small!) Hours: great hours, open late enough to make it after work! Price: moderate. ~$40 for a jacket, two piece suit, and a short dress. Quality: good! Neutral smell, nicely packaged, and clean garment. However there were 2-3 animal hairs in the dark suit that easily brushed off but this is the reason for missing star. Overall: I'd return for convenience and good service! Gets the job done.
