Excellent customer service!! Honest and fast. The technician came to my home to replace my screen. It wasn’t working that great soon after and I called them and they came back to my home same day. It wasn’t their screen, there is other damage to the phone, but I appreciate that they tried to fix it and replaced the screen again at no charge. You can tell they truly care about customer service and satisfaction. Very nice professional team! The whole experience was positive.
Great experience with GoCell Mobile! My mom cracked her iPad screen. Apple said she'd have to replace the whole device - not desirable given it's not that old! GoCell Mobile ordered the new screen (with a downpayment), came to the house to pick it up and drop it off. They did not come to the door, rather texted so that we could meet outside - very thoughtful! and iPad works great! Would highly recommend!!
