A Great Job by Ryan and his assistant Wil. The were prompt, comprehensive and great to be able too trust to get the job done right. Randi, the owner was excellent. When one of our heaters malfunction last December he fixed it quickly and was terrific. His successors are fabulous as well. I would always use these two if the need arise. They are truly the best and very cost effective. Use The Furnace Man if you want it well done, fast, and great people.
Randy gets the job done with timeliness, reasonable pricing, quality workmanship and good product selection. His decades in the business reflects in the work performed. His apprentices reflect his same values. Use with confidence. He replaced our furnace.
Randi was great. It's sweltering hot in Redwood City and our AC stopped cooling the air. We did a little troubleshooting on our own, then called Randi. He was able to squeeze us in for a quick repair to the capacitor in the air conditioner unit. Fast, reliable and great to work with. Highly recommend!
