We needed a back flow test done and Dale Plumbing was very responsive so we decided to go with them. James, our technician, was such a friendly person! He patiently explained to me what a "back flow test" was and took care of the project very quickly. Overall very pleased and will definitely repeat with Dale Plumbing.Thank you!

My garbage disposal broke yesterday.I called Dale Plumbing and they had Andrew and John come out to replace it. They were here within 30 min after I called.They were fast and efficient.Thanks guys.

My tenant told me after 5 minutes her water was still only warm, yikes the water heater I bought from Dale in 2018 was only 4 yrs old.., so I went on yelp to check out Dale plumbing and I see a post saying Dale is horrible call BBB blah blah blah. Panic set in, do I call these people or go elsewhere? I decided to call Dale and let them know my concerns. Tina, was so helpful; answering all my questions and putting me at ease. Turns out the tenant had bumped the heating sensor (or whatever it's called), problem solved, no need for service. Just because someone has written a bad review, sometimes you have to take it with a grain of salt; call the business and discuss your concerns. Communication can solve lots of problems/concerns. Thank you Dale Plumbing!!
