I had bullseye plumbing clean out a sewer drain from my house to the main sewer pipe. Well, he cleaned it out from the cleanout in the backyard to the main. but neglected to start further back in the pipe at the cleanout outside the kitchen. He also did not use a metal snake with teeth on it to completely clean out the pipe. He used a hose with a robber end piece that shot out pressured water. So, guess what happened. I had a blockage a short time later further back in the pipe and had to call out someone else. Paid double on this one. Ken, the owner, takes short cuts and took the easiest method abd shortest route to paritally clean out the sewer pipe. Buyer beware.

7/7/23Dear Mr. OwnerI foolishly believed you were serious about wanting to "make it right" so I called your office. I was not allowed to talk to you. Instead I got your manager Tyler. Tyler was very intimidating and argumentative. "HOW", your company was going to "make it right" (one toilet seems to be still leaking) never even came up.On 6/26/23 I finally received the quote I originally called your company for... The quote that Brad would not give me while he was here on 6/21/23 even though I requested it 3 times. It was only 6 days late and after-the-fact.While here, Brad insisted that it was a simple job, only take a few minutes and that the 2 flappers were all that was needed to stop the leaks. He simply would not give me a quote for the 2 flappers. If he had, I would have used another company.When I objected to signing his tablet because he would not show me "What" I was signing, Brad assured me it was only to state I was using a credit card. Really? Three signatures? I was shocked the following day when I received an invoice just shy of $500 for that simple job. No wonder Brad would not give me a "Free Quote" while in my home. These guys are fantastic! We needed a full lateral sewer line replaced and they got the job done. They had to dig up the lawn, walkway and the street. I thought for sure I would have to take care of lawn and sidewalk repairs, but nope that was all included and it looks great. I am completely happy and would recommend these guys anytime!!
