All Fence built 300 feet of 1x6 horizontal cedar plank fence during the course of a total remodel in Menlo Park in 2020. The design, courtesy of our landscape architect, was unusual in 2020, but now seems to be a very popular choice for modern homes.All Fence did a fabulous job and the fence and gates all work fine. It's a tribute to the quality of the workmanship that the gates don't sag and still latch correctly. The workmanship was more like finish carpentry than fence construction.Perhaps All Fence costs a little more, but the quality of their work makes them the best choice on the peninsula. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.Also...I am puzzled by the reviews that slam All Fence because they couldn't provide estimates immediately. If that is a complaint worthy of a one-star review, the average is certainly weighted way below where it should be.

Asked for competitive bids on Yelp but was already familiar with All Fence from work they did in Central Park for Arboretum Society. I expected their bid to be high but they came in mid range. I choose them because they included in their bid addressing issues with existing fencing/gates which none of the other companies did. They were very considerate during bid process. I'm looking forward to getting new fencing!

We had a great experience with All Fence. I am surprised to see a lot of negative reviews, so I would like to write about our positive experience. Pete came out to give an estimate promptly. We had him come out again because we decided to get more work done, so he came again and met with us and discussed the options for fixing a very badly leaning fence. We had a challenge to fix our wire fence as the wire is very hard to come by. However, in an incredible stroke of luck, Pete said they salvaged wire from another job and said he would keep it to use on our project. They completed all 3 projects in one day and I showed everyone the work they completed and all agreed that it was a job well done. I also enjoyed working with Marcie, Pete's assistant as she responds quickly to emails and calls. We will use All Fence again in the future and highly recommend this company!
