A year ago I was in an accident & had 2 cracked ribs. When I went to physical therapy, I was only receiving electrotherapy but I was really looking for therapy to help me get back to my weight training. When I asked the therapist when I could get back to weight training, he made it seem like it was months away. While at the PT office, I noticed a flyer for APE at the front desk. Since I could barely move my right arm away from my body, I started taking classes with the seniors in hopes to not lose mobility from just sitting while trying to recover.
