Our Abodu One project was just completed and we couldn’t be happier. The process was unbelievably seamless and felt TOO easy. Across every department, everyone that works for Abodu was just lovely to work with. It’s evident that friendliness is important to the hiring managers. Highly recommend!!!
I'm in the research phase of finding an ADU, so I can't speak to the build and ownership aspect of Abodu. What has put Abodu at the top of my very short list: Design and build quality, and customer service. Putting a structure on a property can be challenging, and for a competitive price, Abodu has put together a high quality, beautiful home, and a construction process model that removes as many headaches as possible for the buyer. Great experience working with team over at Abodu. They are extremely well versed with all the intricacies of these deployments (like dealing with the various county/town legislations) and overall they provide a lot of flexibility in the type of upgrades you can do with your unit and their communication/level setting abilities were great as well.
