The two awesome coordinators I worked with, Rudy and Cynthia, were so helpful and accommodating to schedule our urgent gate repair - and went above and beyond to get us on the books as quickly as possible. And Jeremy, the technician who did our repair, was absolutely a pro and extremely knowledgable! He was clearly a master of his craft and knew immediately how to identify, and resolve our issues. He also offered several other helpful suggestions as to how we could prevent further problems and instantly knew how his team could help us with ongoing maintenance and care. We have had gates originally installed by A&D for over 20 years. I recently had the pleasure of working with A&D Gate again and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I needed 1) a general service, 2) a Knox switch installed and 3) a gate raised about .25" off the ground (it had settled and was scraping). They were able to provide a prompt solution to the scraping that exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the team at A&D Gate was great, and their service tech (Manny) was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to listen to my needs, provide expert advice, and he completed the job to my full satisfaction.
