“They called me 2 days before my appointment to have me change the time since the person I booked it with wasn't in that day. I had an appointment after, so it was difficult to move around my plans. My eyebrows aren't even in general, but when my beautician did them, they were different shapes. I asked her to take off some of the hairs. It was a bit more even. There were some baby hairs she didn't remove. She asked if it was ok. I didn't want to be picky. I could remove the small hairs myself. I looked back at old pictures of when I did my brows at my old sugaring place (I moved, and it's a bit of a drive), and it was even and straight. She seemed a bit careful and did a small section at a time, so she didn't get that straight line on my other side of my eyebrows. My beautician was super nice and the place was nice and clean. I don't think I would come back because they weren't skilled enough.“
