Not sure about the other mixed reviews in here and surely case by case review.. but my experience in using South Bay carpets with Joshua in the lead was Awesome!

We had an amazing experience with this warm, friendly, family-owned business. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch. Joshua is absolutely incredible, his professionalism and genuine desire to make sure we were completely satisfied made all the difference.
We got scammed by a horrible contractor that did an atrocious job on our floors and jacked up our subfloor a few years ago. Josh and his team came in and after demo, they fixed the subfloor, got everything levelled, and did an amazing job laying down new hardwood. Great price, underneath competing bids. They stuck to their estimated timeline and did an incredible job! I couldn't be happier with their work and I would highly recommend!!!!!!
