This is a class act salon. Dana & Renee are fantastic. Dana, my hair dresser, is current with trends and listens very well. This salon is open and friendly to everyone. I was in the salon when another reviewer (Melissa) commented on this salon not being kid friendly. That's far from the truth. Having 2 kids under 5 years old in a salon with glass containers and hot coffee around can be dangerous for any child left unattended. It has nothing to do with being friendly or not, but rather it's a safety concern. It was sad for me to read such a negative review. I've been a customer here for years and am thrilled with the service I get every time I walk in.

Renee is really skilled at knowing how best to make your hair look great! I have fine hair, but a lot of it and it gets bogged down when it's too long. She knew exactly how to do my bangs, how to lift the body of my hair and give it style. Now I feel fun and flirty! I'm very pleased to recommend her. She worked on major TV shows before opening her own salon and brings experience and warmth too. The salon is a wee bit hard to find, but if you look for the large 1820 signage you will find it. There are sometimes spots available in back, but plenty of metered parking in the front. Enjoy!

Renee has created a beautiful Oasis in beautiful Riviera Village in Redondo Beach where she creates magic in a tucked away elegant, yet warm and inviting cozy salon, in a pretty courtyard. I was pleased to experience her skill as she worked on my hair recently. However, she doesn't just do hair. She is an expert make up artist as well having earned her chops on numerous high profile TV shows before starting her own salon. It's a little hard to find, but drive down Elena and look for the large 1820 sign. Tell Renee Joy sent you.:)
