We had such an outstanding experience with Dr. B at Riviera Orthodontics. One of my kids needed an urgent wire fix, and later a wire removal and replacement, and Dr. B handled everything quickly, gently, and with incredible professionalism. He squeezed us in right away and treated us like long-time patients even though it was a same-day situation.
What really stood out was how calm and reassuring he was with the kids. He explained what he was doing, made sure they were comfortable, and you could tell he genuinely cares about his patients, not just the braces.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Bakhtari is knowledgeable and has a gentle, understanding manner. He eased the nerves of my daughter, who was very hesitant about treatment after negative experiences with other orthodontists.
