quickie iphone repair

I had a iphone with a broken screen, or so I thought. I had a quote of $110 for the repair. When I got to the shop, I was told that it was not the screen but the screen protector that was damaged. Really?!? A new screen protector was applied which cost $20 instead of $110. The repair was done in minutes. I could have been quoted the $110 replacement and not questioned the cost or the need for the repair. Really honest personnel. I couldn't be more pleased!

I was fortunate that Mr. Lorne was open today, the day before a major holiday. I needed his assistance to fix my charging port on my iPhone. Once again, his store is like walking into a museum of old iPhone cases and art gallery by the way he painted the walls.Today, I was also greeted by Rocky, Lorne's dog. He's extremely friendly and likes to be pet and scratched. He'll let you know exact where he likes to be scratched. Lorne looked over the charging port on my phone and discovered it was a dirty port and a pin out of alignment. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 ULTRA, and my screen went white. I could not see anything. I took my phone in, and Lorne said he could fix it, I told him I just wanted my pictures and videos, and they were irreplaceable and priceless to me. So he worked his magic called me today, I went and picked up my phone and everything was still there all my pictures, videos etc. I am beyond happy with his service, and he definitely has a repeat customer if I ever need a phone repaired. Lorne is such an honest and nice guy with such great customer service. I was so excited that he was able to fix and give me my priceless pictures and videos.
